How to delete your account
You have two ways to request account deletion. Both are permanent and will result in the removal of all data associated with your account.
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Nook app:
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Email us from the address associated with your Nook account:
support@nooksignal.comUse the subject line:
We will process your request within 7 days and confirm deletion by email.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile — name, avatar, bio, and display information
- All signals you have posted
- Your chat history and message threads
- Your ratings and meetup history
- Your Nook Credits balance
- All personal data associated with your account
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by Nigerian law or for fraud prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
